Vitoxin infection and Vitoc dependence affect billions of people of every race throughout New Eden. Distribution of the current treatment, the Vitoc Method, is controlled by corporations and criminals, many of whom abuse their power to censor and control the creative expression of artists throughout New Eden.

The Creative Expression Redevelopment Fund seeks to empower musicians, authors, playwrights, painters, and all other people who engage in the human creative impulse by:
1. Developing a permanent cure for Vitoxin infection and effective treatment programs for Vitoc dependence; and
2. Spreading the arts to censored, remote, or difficult to inhabit territories.

Donations: To meet its goals, the Fund is in need of Scientists, Tourists, and of course, money for travel expenses. The Fund headquarters is located here, but donated items such as scientists and tourists will gratefully be accepted by contract at any Sisters of Eve facility.
